Dopo la prima ora nella quale abbiamo aggiornato la situazione del genocidio palestinese e abbiamo anche ricordato a Aston "Family Man" Barret, legendario bassista, compositore e produttore giamaicano recentemente scomparso, nella seconda metà abbiamo avuto come ospite telefonico a Federico Traversa, autore di "One Love", un romanzo sulla vita di Bob Marley, con il quale abbiamo parlato della sua opera recentemente pubblicata e dell'influenza del gran Robert Nesta nella world reggae music.

Sedisecima puntata della Stagione 21/22 di Militant Dub Area sul 87.9 di Radio Onda Rossa.

Nel giorno in cui l'eterno Bob Marley avrebbe compiuto 77 anni, noi gli facciamo gli auguri dedicandogli le prime tre tune per cominciare la puntata. Sempre nella prima ora abbiamo avuto l'intervento telefonico di uno studente medio che ci ha riassunto l'accaduto nelle ultime settimane di conflitto e ci ha raccontato lo svolgimento dell'assemblee che si tenevano a Roma quest'ultimo fine settimana.

Nella seconda parte della puntata abbiamo avuto a Sista Manu come ospite telefonico. Con lei avviamo parlato del suo percorso artistico e delle diverse collaborazioni che ha fatto, mentre ci ascoltavamo le sue produzioni. Certo che non sono mancate le selections di Barabba per chiudere in bellezza.
